1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services, applications, or websites provided by Technited Minds
("we," "our," or "us"), including our mobile applications available on Android (Google Play
Store) and iOS (Apple App Store), and our website at technitedminds.com (collectively, the
"Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not
agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and
Technited Minds. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such
modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services
following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When
registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address,
and phone number.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible
for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately at hello@technitedminds.com if you suspect any
unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Not create more than one account per person, and not create an account on behalf of
another individual without their express permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you
have violated these Terms or if your account has been compromised.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree that you will:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our
servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts,
computer systems, or networks connected to our servers.
- Not use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services or collect
data without our prior written consent.
- Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
with a person or entity.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source
code of our applications.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and
regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text,
graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the
exclusive property of Technited Minds or its licensors and are protected by copyright,
trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access
and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display,
publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Services
without our prior written consent.
- Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and
slogans are trademarks of Technited Minds. You may not use these marks without our prior
written permission.
5. Mobile Application Usage
When you download and use our mobile applications on Android or iOS devices, the following
additional terms apply:
- App Store Compliance: Your use of our apps is also subject to the terms
and policies of the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) from which
you downloaded the application.
- Device Permissions: Our apps may request access to certain device features
(camera, microphone, storage, contacts, notifications, location). You may grant or deny
these permissions through your device settings. Denying certain permissions may limit app
functionality.
- Updates: We may release updates to our applications from time to time.
We recommend keeping your app updated to the latest version for the best experience and
security. Some updates may be required for continued use of the Services.
- Offline Use: Certain features may be available offline, but full
functionality typically requires an active internet connection.
- Data Usage: Use of our mobile applications may consume data from your
mobile data plan. You are responsible for any data charges incurred.
6. User-Generated Content
Certain features of our Services may allow you to submit, upload, or share content. By
submitting content through our Services, you:
- Grant Technited Minds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to
use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in
connection with the Services.
- Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit
the content and to grant the above license.
- Acknowledge that we are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or legality of content
posted by users.
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion without
notice.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Some of our Services may be offered on a subscription basis or may include in-app purchases:
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time
of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing
subscribers.
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
(monthly or annually, as selected). Payment is processed through the respective app store
or our designated payment processor.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your
app store account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of
the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
- Free Trials: If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during
the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will
automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- Refunds: Refund policies are subject to the policies of the respective
app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). For web-based purchases, refund requests may
be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of
any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Technited Minds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill,
or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to
access or use) the Services.
- In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to
the Services exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the
claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free,
or that defects will be corrected.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Technited Minds, its officers, directors,
employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations,
losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or
without cause, and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe that you have
violated these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
- We may delete your account and all associated data, subject to our data retention
policies and legal obligations.
- All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall
survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and
limitations of liability.

application.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without
regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree
to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at
hello@technitedminds.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute
within 30 days.
- Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties
agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except
where prohibited by applicable law.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings
will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or
representative action.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms
taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree
to be bound by the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court
of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to
make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements
published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Technited
Minds regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous
understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
